Dawna Werbeski

Born in Gimli, Manitoba Dawna was raised an 'Air Force brat'.  This allowed her to live in many beautiful places across North America. Her parents instilled in her a respectful adoration for the outdoors through countless camping adventures and trekking paths less explored.

Dawna first held a brush with paint on it at the age of fourteen, and ever since paint has splattered nearly every piece of clothing she owns. Her eclectic body of work takes fine art inspiration from wild moody landscapes and this same moodiness shows up in her mixed media expressions. Today she lives in Squamish BC and endeavours to retain that spirited gratitude by continuing to create, share and give.
